Min kæreste har næsten lige købt diablo 3 over battle.net, men han skal ind og finde sin kode til spillet inde på sin profil, men kan ikke logge ind da han har glemt sit sikkerheds spørgsmål :( hvad kan han så gøre? og kan man ikke kontakte nogen omkring diablo 3 på dansk?

Er det ikke muligt at få sendt password til sin bnet mail uden sikkerheds spørgsmålet gennem normal password reset?
