No inferno items for hardcore players?
We don't have any plans to restrict or change the game difficulty for Hardcore characters.Surviving the challenges thrown at you by outplaying them is the entire point. Open mouth, insert foot?Haha, pretty much.I wonder if Bashiok would like to come elaborate as to why the Dev team decided to take a complete 180 on the subject.I'm not a developer. Just how close to the vest? Diablo III's beta will hit by September
That's weird, they originally had the exact quote in their Inferno article and then pulled it out and only quoted When it's ready. in that new mini-blip thing. I think his original quote on Kotaku was by the end of September but I didn't copy it down. Anyway, to set expectations straight, beta in August is unlikely. I want to see giant weapons that take the cooperation of 2 barbs to wield. This would be awesome and they can do it WOW so I don't see why they can't do it for D3.And it really reinforces the core Diablo tagline: cooperation and fun.We'll start implementing it right now. http://www.blizzblues.com/us/nothing-demonic-gamescom-awww-27822643539.html

So apparently the way it works now is that if you die and youre not near the boss when you do so, you get no xp or loot.... so if I die and the bosss is close enough to dead that my team can handle it by himself and still drag the boss far enough away to make me not get any loot or xp, and hes too much of an ***hat to come and res me fo.. http://www.blizzblues.com/us/nothing-demonic-gamescom-awww-27822643539.html
