Transition seamlessly from Season to Season with the new Season Rebirth feature! This option allows you to instantly transform a non-Seasonal hero to a fresh level 1 Season hero, maintaining their name and hours played. All gear is removed and automatically mailed to you in the non-Season, providing up to thirty days to reclaim the items at a later time. A cleaner, clearer user interface makes its way to all platforms with our revised buff bar! Static buffs have been removed from the buff bar area, replaced by new indicators and timers that have been added to the skill bar. We've also included a collapsible buff-holder, which condenses party and group buffs and can be expanded by moving your cursor over the indicator, revealing all your buffs at a moment's glance. Pecenetra:
Ændringen til Whirlwind som den er nu er forfærdelig. De 3 hits per sekund som vist er max nu (den skalere vist alt til 1 aps og ikke engang efter våbnets attack speed) er simpelthen for lidt. Dust Devils kommer for sjældent, og 3% af max liv per sekund er alt for lidt til at holde dig i live. Udover det så mangles der hits til Weapon Master eller anden Fury management.
Puha det er en ringe ændring.

Ellers er der rigtig meget spændende - især legetøj til channeling skills. Men er der nogen der har erfaring med Rapid Fire til Demon Hunter? Jeg har kigget på den teoretisk set og lidt med items grundet Sin Seekers, men af hvad jeg husker så er problemet at den kun rammer en af gangen hvilket gør den nærmest ubrugelig på højere plan. Nogen der har bedre indsigt i den?

Let's start with clearing some basics up:

The changes made to Whirlwind (and Strafe) were not made because of concerns with balance. The changes to Whirlwind and Strafe were made to improve server performance. Our server logs indicate that Whirlwind was a significant factor in server performance issues experienced by all players (even if there isn’t a Barbarian in your game). The intention is to improve server performance without affecting the power of Whirlwind.

We're currently discussing how we can get server performance gains without affecting the power level of Barbarians. This might mean reverting our optimizations, or it might mean providing alternative complementary options for Barbarians to compensate for the change. While we haven't made a decision yet, it's possible you'll see a couple iterations or different approaches throughout the PTR.
