Faster Block Rate er en egenskab der kan nedsætte den tid ens character tager at foretag en såkaldt block animation. En sådan tid måles i noget der kaldes frames. Diablo 2 opdaterer det billede man ser på 25 gange i sekundet og dermed kører det med 25 frames per sekund. Ved at vælge den character som du ønsker at optimere, så fremkommer der en tabel som viser hvor mange frames ens person er optaget med at lave en block animation når man blocker (her under gælder også Weapon Block). Denne tid man bruger pr block, kan så nedsættes ved at få mere Faster Block Rate fra ens items. Hvis du ikke helt forstår hvad der menes med breakpoints så kig her
