It's not a matter of whether they read them or not. They are no longer allowed to post in them (they did for SC2 and Ghostcrawler did quite a lot of chatting in the WoW forums which was neat and fun).I would wager that many of them don't read the forums voluntarily, though. Pax East
To be fair Blizzard didn't actually attend the previous PAX East in an official capacity. NVidia wanted to display the game so we sent a couple people out to make sure questions could be answered (it was still in beta at the time).
