A Few Questions 1. I hear all characters...and creeps/monsters (oO) have 95% flat chances to hit; OK, fair enough, but...will there be at least traits to influence these percentages? I could see a Demon Hunter or Monk avoiding (more) hits...There is no stat to modify an enemies chance to hit you, but, there is a Dodge stat. What's the bottleneck in D3 development? The development process is such that there's a constant iteration on all parts, so while skills are largely complete there's still work being done that could mean some are removed or replaced, new ones added, visuals changed, mechanic changes, etc. and that will likely continue until the game releases. What's the bottleneck in D3 development? I'm curious. What is the limiting factor in Diablo 3's production. Obviously there is no natural limit to how many things might be in the game. You can have 5 skill runes or 30. You can have 10 legendary weapons or 10,000.
