Questions about runes

Wizard's Disintegrate skill -- flawed?
I haven't had any problems countering it. The arena maps have a bit of LoS just for that reason. Also, if you don't have some kind of mobility skill you're probably doing it wrong. Diablo books vs game storyline
The Sin War trilogy was really the beginning of what is now considered canon for the lore of the series. Day&Night Cycle or Increased Ilumination?
Hrm, well it's possible the witch doctor one was taken in a pre-release build and didn't have final lighting.
