I've gotten this same question wrong in the past, I don't know why it continues to confuse me.Drops are not different in co-op. Are the skill slots locked to its own tier?
From information I had read, it sounds like you can have all of the high level / tier abilities if you save your points, but it has been mentioned that the first tier items have little, to no cooldown, and the top tier ones have lengthy cooldowns.So take that as you wish, but it would lead me to belie.. http://www.blizzblues.com/us/are-the-skill-slots-locked-to-its-own-tier-27811631611.html

Diablo II had a single resource mechanic (mana), and the biggest end-game skills in Diablo II are low-to-mid tier skills in Diablo III. The big end-tier skills we have are more complex and usually wouldn't make sense as spammable skills, or would likely outright have to be pulled from the game if it turned out they ever could be spamm.. http://www.blizzblues.com/us/2-min-cooldowns-what-else-27813861477.html

Resource Systems Yet To Be Revealed
I think a lot of us have the assumption that the reveal on August 1st will be the final system reveal before the betaI think this will likely turn out to not be entirely true.But, the demon hunter resource system hasn't changed and I expect anyone that will have a hands on with the game will be able to write about it in-detail. http://www.blizzblues.com/us/resource-systems-yet-to-be-revealed-27811631727.html
